Navy
SEAL Bootcamp
Consort Fitness
Navy SEAL Bootcamp is a 4 weeks program training 3 days /
week delivered to you by Vicfit and Fitness Australia qualified
Military Physical Training Instructors. Classes are designed
utilising the latest research that will deliver the gains
and results you are looking for. The Navy SEAL Bootcamp involves
military style fitness classes, which include circuits, non
contact boxing, medicine balls, sledge hammer exercises, core
training, strength training, endurance activities, scenario
based activities, sandbags, weights, weighted vests, ropes,
tyres, stretchers, logs, agility and running drills, run &
dodge jump activities and mini obstacle courses. Consort Fitness
Bootcamp classes also develop discipline, time awareness,
group cohesion and the will to win and succeed. We pride ourselves
on safety and our training technique and principals which
is the major reason why we have a 99.99% injury free members

SEAL
24 Hour Challenge
The SEAL (Strength,
Endurance, Aerobic, Loading) Challenge is a 1 day (up to 24+
hours) Challenge conducted at Phillip Island. It is aimed
at members with a moderate and beyond fitness level. It is
designed to push you and your group in every aspect of training
combining physical fitness, mental toughness, emotional pressure,
teamwork and the will to succeed and win. Due to the nature
of this challenge information will be limited to what we want
you to know. To attend you must have completed at least 1
Navy SEAL Bootcamp and be granted permission by Consort Staff
or if you are a sports club interested in this challenge you
will need to contact Consort to see if you are eligible.
SEAL
6 Hour Challenge
The SEAL 6 Hour
Challenges are designed to increase you team members overall
physical and psychological toughness. They are the shorter
version of the 24 hour challenge with more intensity due to
the shorter timeframe. During the 6 hours your group will
be involved in a warlike scenario which involves a recruiting
stage (pre fatigue), followed by placement into the field
of battle where your team must work together to survive. This
challenge is aimed at Sports Clubs looking for something a
little different and very challenging.

Club Training
We are not going
to take the place of your fitness advisor/trainer but rather
provide something out of the ordinary that may be beyond their
scope or experience. Sports Club Training Sessions are designed
to increase you teams overall fitness level. Our extensive
knowledge in Anaerobic and Aerobic Conditioning, and Strength
and Endurance training combined with a Military Physical Trainer
background will ensure that your team is physically and psychologically
the fittest and strongest to take the field of battle. We
will instil discipline, confidence and self belief into your
club and it's members. It is also designed to test your group
in every aspect of your training, and give them a new found
understanding as to how far they can push themselves individually
and as a team.
